Thursday nights are for dancing.

INSOMNIA returns South of the river for our weekly residency at Phonox.

THIS THURSDAY: JAY CARDER

London-based DJ and producer Jay Carder joins us at Phonox, bringing her genre-blurring selections and infectious energy to the INSOMNIA dancefloor.

Known for effortlessly moving between UK garage, breaks, bass-heavy house and techno, Jay has built a reputation as one of the UK's most versatile underground selectors. With appearances at some of the country's most respected clubs and festivals, her sets are rooted in UK soundsystem culture, packed with unexpected twists and dancefloor-focused selections.

Expect rolling basslines, infectious grooves and a journey through the full spectrum of UK club music.
