About Awakenings
Awakenings is a Dutch techno institution, running events since 1997. Its summer festival is one of the genre's biggest gatherings anywhere, with eight areas covering everything from hypnotic and melodic sets to hard, fast techno.
The festival takes place in July at Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek, by a lake near Tilburg in the south of the Netherlands, with camping on site. Tilburg has good train links, and Eindhoven airport is the closest.
